Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para el curvado por gravedad de una hoja de vidrio, que comprende un molde de desbaste longitudinal que comprende dos soportes de desbaste longitudinales, y un bastidor de acabado que comprende dos soportes de acabado laterales y dos soportes de acabado longitudinales, tales soportes forman rieles de moldeado, la distancia entre las mitades de los soportes de acabado longitudinales son más cortos que la distancia entre las mitades de los soportes de acabado laterales, el molde de desbastado o el bastidor de acabado pueden moverse verticalmente uno con relación al otro durante el curvado para cambiar de una configuración de curvado tosco a una configuración de curvado final, caracterizado porque en la configuración de curvado tosco los rieles de moldeado de los soportes de desbastado longitudinales están más alto que los rieles de moldeado de los soportes de acabado longitudinales, y, en la configuración de curvado final, los rieles de moldeado de los soportes de acabado longitudinales están más arriba que los rieles de moldeado de los soportes de desbastado longitudinales, los rieles de moldeado de los soportes de acabado laterales son los únicos rieles bajo los bordes laterales del vidrio en la configuración de desbaste y en la configuración de curvado final. La invención también se refiere al método de curvado utilizando un dispositivo de acuerdo con la invención. La invención hace especialmente posible crear un acristalamiento que tiene una capa de esmalte que no es tan ancha a lo largo de los bordes laterales como lo es a lo largo de los bordes longitudinales.
