Abstract

Se proporciona un método para la producción de una lámina de acero galvanizada que exhibe una baja resistencia al deslizamiento durante la estampación, exhibe excelente capacidad de desengrasado incluso bajo condiciones de desengrasado por álcali rigurosas (condiciones de baja temperatura y longitud de línea corta), suprime la disolución de la capa de óxido formada, es capaz de suprimir la aparición de irregularidad debido a un tratamiento de lavado, y utiliza soluciones de tratamiento que no tienen que contener sustancias de preocupación. El método para la producción de una lámina de acero galvanizada que tiene una capa de óxido sobre una superficie incluye una etapa de formación de capa de óxido para poner una lámina de acero galvanizada en contacto con una solución ácida que contiene iones sulfato, a continuación mantener la lámina de acero galvanizada en contacto durante 1 a 60 segundos, y a continuación lavar la lámina de acero galvanizada con agua; y una etapa de tratamiento de neutralización para mantener una superficie de una capa de óxido, que se ha formado en la etapa de formación de capa de óxido, en contacto con una solución acuosa alcalina durante 0.5 segundos o más, y a continuación llevar a cabo lavado con agua y secado.
