Abstract
En un sistema de electrodeposición, se evita que la calidad final de un recubrimiento se degrade debido a una solución acuosa que contiene material de recubrimiento que fluye hacia afuera de una porción de acoplamiento de chapa de acero durante un proceso de secado, a la vez que problemas derivados como un incremento en el tamaño del sistema, un incremento en el costo inicial y los costos de funcionamiento, y una disminución en la confiabilidad son evitados. Una zona de lavado que sigue a una zona de electrodeposición en la cual un objeto que será recubierto es sumergido en una solución de material de recubrimiento para electrodeposición de modo que se forma un recubrimiento sobre una superficie del objeto que será recubierto es provista con: un tanque de lavado de agua caliente en el cual el objeto recubierto es lavado siendo sumergido en agua de lavado a alta temperatura en el tanque; y una lavadora de rocío que rocía una porción de acoplamiento de chapa de acero del objeto recubierto con agua de lavado a alta temperatura, después de lavar en el tanque de lavado de agua caliente.
