Abstract
Se describe un sistema y un método para la colocación de un implante de anuloplastia en un paciente. El sistema de colocación comprende un dispositivo localizador de comisura para localizar una comisura, el dispositivo comprende: un miembro de extensión, un catéter, y en donde el miembro de extensión se puede extender con relación al catéter para la localización de por lo menos una comisura de una válvula cardiaca, y un contractor del seno coronario para la inserción temporal en el seno coronario (SC) y tiene una unidad de desplazamiento que es transferible temporalmente a un estado activada en el cual la forma del anillo de la válvula cardiaca se modifica para tomar una forma modificada que será conservada por dicho implante de anuloplastia.
