Abstract
Un aparato y un método para sujetar materiales diferentes como acero, plástico y aluminio. Un sujetador de soldadura por resistencia que tiene múltiples capas se puede utilizar con o sin sellador. El sujetador se puede utilizar para formar un material laminado de acero cubierto con aluminio a través de un patrón de unión de dobladillo. El sujetador puede tener un eje sólido o puede tener un alcance extendido y puede tener cualidades para interactuar con el electrodo de soldadura. Se puede emplear una variedad de puntas de electrodo para cooperar con el sujetador. La figura más representativa de la invención es la numero 1.
