Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición enzimática que comprende un sustrato principal, seleccionado del grupo que consiste en trigo, salvado de trigo, torta de semilla de colza y una mezcla de los mismos, fermentado con una cepa de Aspergillus sección Nigri, dicha composición enzimática tiene: (i) una xilanasa actividad igual o mayor a 500 AXC por gramo de composición, (ii) una actividad ß-glucanasa de igual o mayor a 500 BGU por gramo de composición y (iii) una actividad de celulasa igual o mayor a 50 CMC por gramo de la composición; así como a su uso en la alimentación de rumiantes.
