Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a conjugados de anticuerpo-fármaco (ADC) que contienen duocarmicina para su uso en el tratamiento de tumores sólidos humanos y malignidades hematológicas que expresan a HER2, en particular cáncer de mama, cáncer gástrico, cáncer de vejiga, cáncer de ovario, cáncer de pulmón, cáncer de próstata, cáncer pancreático, cáncer colorrectal, cáncer escamocelular de cabeza y cuello u osteosarcoma y leucemia lirifoblástica aguda; en particular, la presente invención se refiere a ADC que contienen duocarmicina para su uso en el tratamiento de tumores sólidos humanos con estado de tejido HER2 IHC 2+ o 1+ y negativo para FISH de HER2; en forma ventajosa, la presente invención se refiere a ADC que contienen duocarmicina para su uso en el tratamiento de cáncer de mama triplemente negativo (TNBC).
