Abstract

Es posible transmitir y recibir paquetes a la que la información adicional se aplica para determinar un orden de procesamiento de datos de almacenamiento de paquetes de comunicación se establece, y determina una orden de proceso en unidades de paquetes. Un aparato de transmisión genera un paquete de almacenamiento de las unidades NAL configurando un grupo de imágenes (GOP) que sirven como una unidad de procesamiento de datos codificados o fragmentos de unidad NAL obtenidos dividiendo la unidad NAL, establece la información adicional que se aplica para determinar un orden de procesamiento de datos de almacenamiento de paquetes como la información adicional de paquetes, y transmite el paquete resultante a través de una unidad de comunicación. Un aparato de recepción determina una prioridad de procesamiento de datos de almacenamiento de paquetes con referencia a la información de paquete adicional, decide el orden de procesamiento, y realiza un proceso de decodificación de datos de almacenamiento de paquetes de acuerdo con el orden decidido.
