Abstract

Procedimiento para dispensar una bebida a base de malta (2) en un receptáculo (3) lista para su consumo y para su uso en un entorno de hostelería o consumo minorista, que comprende las etapas de: componer un primer componente (15) de la bebida dispensada (2) durante la dispensación mezclando un líquido (12) con dióxido de carbono y/o nitrógeno (6); añadir el primer componente (15) a al menos un segundo componente de bebida (22) para formar la bebida dispensada (2); y en el que se aromatiza dicho dióxido de carbono y/o nitrógeno (6).
