Abstract

Se suministra un método para elaborar un miembro de acero a través de conformación por presión en caliente utilizando una lámina de acero que contiene una cantidad comparativamente grande de Si. El método permite que la conformación por presión en caliente sea llevada a cabo satisfactoriamente al suprimir estable y confiablemente el arrojado/pelado de la incrustación de óxido durante la conformación por presión en caliente, aun sin restringir las condiciones de conformación por presión en caliente a un rango estrecho. La lámina de acero incluye, en proporción en masa, C: 0.15% a 0.35%, Si: 1.0% a 3.0%, Mn: 1.0% a 3.0%, Al: más de 0% hasta 0.10%; Ti: ([N] x 48/14) % a 0.10% (donde [N] denote la cantidad de N en la lámina de acero), B: 5 ppm a 50 ppm, P: más de 0% a menos de 0.015%, S: más de 0% hasta 0.010%, y N: más de 0% hasta 0.010%, siendo el balance de hierro e impurezas inevitable. La concentración de oxígeno promedio desde la superficie más externa de la lámina de acero por debajo de una profundidad de 10 µm en la dirección de grosor de la lámina es de 0.70% de masa o mayor.
