Abstract
La presente descripción se refiere, en general, a un medio, por ejemplo, un reemplazo de suero, suplemento de medio, medio completo o medio de criopreservación, que comprende un tampón fisiológico básico y liposomas que comprenden colesterol, fosfatidilcolina y ácidos grasos. Se contempla que el medio provea ventajas para mejorar el crecimiento celular en cultivo en comparación con células cultivadas sin usar el reemplazo de suero descrito en la presente.
