Abstract

Se describe un nuevo empaque para almacenar productos voluminosos. El empaque se forma a partir de una bolsa que tiene un ancho y una profundidad en su porción base y que se encuentran en un borde superior, el borde superior que no tiene profundidad. Debido a que el borde superior no tiene profundidad, el ancho del material en la porción superior del empaque se extiende más allá del ancho del material en la porción base. Para crear un empaque que tenga una estética elegante que se vea bien en un estante, se pliega el exceso de material en la porción superior de la bolsa hacia el interior de la bolsa para formar un refuerzo lateral falso. Para permitir tal plegado de la bolsa, en las modalidades convenientes, los bordes laterales de una primera y segunda trama que forman la bolsa están en ángulo hacia dentro entre aproximadamente 30 grados y aproximadamente 60 grados en un punto de transición de la porción superior en la bolsa.
