Abstract

Se proporciona un agente de tratamiento de conversión química sin fósforo y el líquido de tratamiento para trabajar plástico que tiene un efecto disminuido en el ambiente, en donde un revestimiento que tiene lubricidad excepcional y resistencia a la corrosión después de trabajar plástico se puede formar obteniendo un espesor de recubrimiento alto aún con un sistema que tenga molibdato como componente principal. Un agente de tratamiento de conversión química sin fósforo para trabajar plástico que contiene un componente de ácido molíbdico (A), un componente ácido (B) y un medio acuoso (C), el agente se caracteriza en que el componente (B) contiene al menos un componente ácido orgánico (B1) que tiene al menos un grupo seleccionado de los grupos carboxilo e hidroxilo fenólico.
