Abstract
Un sistema de fabricación para moldear un producto espumante, incluye un molde superior, un molde inferior y un dispositivo de calentamiento y enfriamiento, los moldes superior e inferior que tienen respectivamente canales de transferencia de calor para permitir el paso del medio de transferencia de calor desde el dispositivo de calentamiento y enfriamiento, caracterizado en que al menos tres tipos de medios de transferencia de calor con diferentes temperaturas fluyen a través de los canales de transferencia de calor en los moldes superior e inferior en tres momentos predeterminados con velocidades de flujo prestablecidas.
