Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso para la fabricación de un polisacárido acilado que comprende (a) hacer reaccionar un polisacárido con un agente de acilación para producir un polisacárido acilado y (b) lavar el polisacárido acilado con agua que contiene de 0.05 a 15 mg/l de iones Ca2+. (c) recuperar el polisacárido acilado lavado y una fase acuosa que contiene ácido carboxílico de la etapa (b).
