Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para asistencia remota. El método incluye: recibir un archivo de asistencia remota enviado por una terminal de control, el archivo de asistencia remota contiene un archivo de secuencia de comandos generado por la terminal de control con base en la operación de usuario; decidir si el archivo de secuencia de comandos es compatible con la terminal controlada; y si el archivo de secuencia de comandos es compatible con la terminal controlada, ejecutar el archivo de secuencia de comandos para realizar la operación de usuario correspondiente al archivo de secuencia de comandos. De este modo, mediante la transmisión de un archivo de secuencia de comandos generado con base en la operación de usuario entre la terminal controlada y la terminal de control, la asistencia remota se puede realizar con mayor comodidad y se puede mejorar la experiencia de usuario. [Figura 1].
