Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un freno de disco de pinza flotante comprendiendo al menos una placa de apoyo de freno estacionaria que comprende dos pares de astas de placa de apoyo (7R, 8R; 7z, 8Z) por medio de las cuales se sujetan un forro de freno del lado de reacción y un forro de freno del lado de accionamiento, una pinza de freno formada por tirantes y una espalda de pinza de freno, así como un mecanismo de accionamiento de freno. La distancia entre sí de las astas de placa de apoyo (7R, 8R) que alojan el forro de freno del lado de reacción es más grande que la distancia entre sí de las astas de placa de apoyo (7z, 8z) que aloja el forro de freno del lado de accionamiento.
