Claims (18)
- 내측 패드플레이트 및 외측 패드플레이트로 이루어진 한 쌍의 패드플레이트가 진퇴 가능하게 설치된 캐리어; 및
상기 캐리어에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되며, 피스톤이 제동유압에 의해 진퇴 가능하게 설치되는 실린더부와 상기 외측 패드플레이트의 가압을 위하여 하측으로 굽어진 핑거부 및 상기 실린더부와 상기 핑거부를 연결하는 바디부가 구비된 캘리퍼 하우징;을 포함하며,
상기 바디부는,
상기 캐리어의 양측을 감싸도록 마련되며, 상기 캘리퍼 하우징이 상기 캐리어 상에서 슬라이딩되도록 안내하는 가이드부가 형성되고,
상기 바디부는,
상기 캐리어의 내측부와 상기 한 쌍의 패드플레이트의 외측부 사이에 개재되며, 하방으로 돌출 형성된 지지플랜지가 마련되는 캘리퍼 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐리어는,
상기 한 쌍의 패드플레이트를 지지하는 연결빔이 마련되며,
상기 연결빔은,

상기 핑거부는,
상기 슬라이딩 홈에 삽입되도록 돌출 형성되며, 상기 슬라이딩 홈 상에서 진퇴 가능하게 결합되는 제1 플랜지가 형성된 캘리퍼 브레이크. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 실린더부는,
상기 슬라이딩 홈에 삽입되도록 돌출 형성되며, 상기 슬라이딩 홈 상에서 진퇴 가능하게 결합되는 제2 플랜지가 형성된 캘리퍼 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캐리어는,
상기 캐리어를 차체에 고정시키기 위한 너클홀이 마련된 메인빔과, 상기 메인빔과 연결되며 상기 한 쌍의 패드플레이트를 지지하는 연결빔을 구비하며,

상기 핑거부 및 상기 실린더부 중 적어도 하나 이상에 마련되며, 상기 캐리어에 형성된 슬라이딩 홈에 체결되도록 돌출 형성된 플랜지를 더 포함하고,
상기 바디부는
상기 캐리어의 슬라이딩 홈을 향해 하방으로 돌출 형성되며, 상기 캐리어의 내측부와 상기 한 쌍의 패드플레이트의 외측부 사이에 개재되는 지지플랜지를 포함하는 캘리퍼 브레이크. - 제12항에 있어서,
