Abstract

Las modalidades de la presente invención proporcionan un método de adaptación de capacidad, un aparato y un sistema. El método incluye: antes de que un UE inicie un proceso de acceso aleatorio, identificar, por medio del UE, una capacidad de un dispositivo de lado de la red, y cuando el UE identifica que el dispositivo de lado de la red es un dispositivo de lado de la red que no soporta LC-MTC, reseleccionar, por medio del UE, para acceder a otro dispositivo de lado de la red. Por medio del método de adaptación de capacidad, el aparato y el sistema, proporcionados en las modalidades de la presente invención, se evita el problema de que se produzca una falta de adaptación de capacidad entre un UE y un dispositivo de lado de la red, y se evita una pérdida de recursos autorizados, consumo de potencia adicional de un UE y una interrupción de transmisión de datos.
