Abstract
Se proveen un método y un dispositivo de control de congestión de categoría de servicio; el método incluye que: se adquiere información de solicitud de servicio, la información de solicitud de servicio incluye información correspondiente a una solicitud para el establecimiento de un portador de un servicio objetivo iniciado por una terminal en un modo conectado y la información de solicitud de servicio incluye una categoría de servicio del servicio objetivo; se adquiere información de bloqueo de categoría de servicio, la información de bloqueo de categoría de servicio incluye un parámetro de bloqueo correspondiente a la categoría de servicio del servicio objetivo en el modo conectado; y se juzga si la terminal está bloqueada de establecer el portador del servicio objetivo que pertenece a la categoría de servicio de acuerdo al parámetro de bloqueo.
