Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo de moldeo por gravedad con tipo de inclinación que no requiere mazarota, impide el aumento de la longitud del canal de colada, suprime la aparición de la obstrucción de un metal fundido y facilita el control de la temperatura del metal fundido. El dispositivo de moldeo por gravedad con tipo de inclinación incluye un molde definido en el presente como un espacio de formación de producto para formar un producto moldeado y configurado para recibir un metal fundido de un agujero de colada; una cuchara de colada que incluye una sección de almacenamiento capaz de almacenar el metal fundido y una apertura/cierre de cuerpo en forma de placa contigua al molde, que tiene un puerto de inyección capaz de alinearse con el agujero de colada; y una sección de suministro de gas para el suministro de gas en el espacio de formación de producto. La cuchara de colada está montada de manera deslizante al molde y es deslizable entre un estado de apertura en el que el puerto de inyección está alineado con el agujero de colada, y un estado de cierre en el que la apertura/cierre del cuerpo con forma de placa cierra el agujero de colada.
