Abstract

Una composición de petróleo de espuma reducida, o de espuma y agua reducida incluyendo petróleo crudo y una emulsión antiespuma preformada. La emulsión antiespuma incluye una fase continua hidrófila y un poliorganosiloxano disperso en la fase continua hidrófila. La emulsión incluye menos de 50 por ciento en peso de un disolvente hidrófobo. Se describe, además, un método para reducir la espuma, o espuma y agua, en el petróleo crudo dispuesto en un tanque.
