Abstract

An oil-in-water emulsion skin care composition comprising from about 3% to about 25%, by weight of the composition, of a hydrocarbon oil or a mixture thereof, from about 2% to about 15%, by weight of the composition, of silicone particles or a mixture thereof, from about 0.1% to about 5%, of an emulsifier or a mixture thereof, and from about 30% to about 90%, by weight of the composition, of water. The composition provides a pleasing skin sensory without much affecting occlusivity.
