Abstract
La invención proporciona una estructura de una lente intraocular (LIO) para colocarla en la bolsa capsular y para asegurar la LIO en una apertura en la parte anterior de una bolsa capsular, con un colgajo anterior de la bolsa capsular rodeando dicha apertura, dicha LIO tiene un lado anterior que en uso, cuando la LIO se implanta en un ojo se direcciona hacia una córnea del ojo y, un lado posterior que en uso, cuando la LIO se implanta en un ojo se direcciona hacia una retina del ojo, dicha LIO comprende una estructura óptica, al menos dos soportes posteriores para cuando la LIO se implanta en la bolsa capsular que reside en la bolsa capsular que se extiende desde dicha estructura óptica, dichos soportes posteriores adaptados para que en uso proporcionen superficies de apoyo a una superficie posterior de un colgajo anterior de la bolsa capsular y al menos dos soportes anteriores para cuando se implanta la LIO en la bolsa capsular que reside fuera de la bolsa capsular que se extiende desde dicha estructura óptica, los mencionados soportes anteriores adaptados para que en uso proporcionen superficies de apoyo a una superficie anterior de un colgajo anterior de la bolsa capsular.
