Abstract
El propósito de la presente invención es proporcionar una técnica de revestimiento de dos-secados de tres capas (3C2B) por el cual una superficie de la película de revestimiento puede hacerse suave y se puede obtener una apariencia de película de revestimiento favorable. Se proporciona una instalación de revestimiento (1) caracterizada porque está provista con lo siguiente: una zona de recubrimiento de la superficie exterior de la primera base (11) en donde un material de recubrimiento de la primera base es revestido en la superficie exterior de una carrocería de automóvil (W) que se ha sometido a electrodeposición; una zona de revestimiento de la superficie interna de la segunda base (12) en donde un material de recubrimiento de la segunda base es recubierto sobre una superficie interior de la carrocería del automóvil (W); una zona de revestimiento de la superficie exterior de la segunda base en la que el segundo material de recubrimiento base es de húmedo sobre húmedo recubierto sobre la superficie exterior de la carrocería del automóvil (W); una zona de recubrimiento de la superficie interna transparente (15) y una zona de recubrimiento de la superficie externa transparente (16) en la que un material de recubrimiento transparente es húmedo-sobre-húmedo revistiendo sobre la carrocería del automóvil (W); y una zona de secado (26) en el que cada película de recubrimiento húmeda formada por el primer material del recubrimiento base y el segundo material de recubrimiento base son simultáneamente secados y curado.
