Abstract

Accesorio moldeado tridimensional para atenuación de ruido de un vehículo que comprende al menos un sistema de tres capas que consiste en una primera capa fibrosa porosa y una segunda capa fibrosa porosa y una capa de película intermedia permeable al aire situada entre las primera y segunda capas fibrosas porosas y en donde las superficies adyacentes dentro del sistema de tres capas están interconectadas, en donde la segunda capa fibrosa porosa tiene un peso por área AW2 que varía sobre la superficie y en donde al menos para las áreas del sistema de tres capas con un espesor total t de entre 5 y 35 mm., el peso por área AW2 se relaciona con el espesor total t del sistema de tres capas de la forma siguiente: 25 * t + 175 < AW2 < 45 * t + 475 en donde t esta en mm. y AW2 en g.m⁻² y en donde el peso por área AW2 de la segunda capa fibrosa porosa aumenta con el aumento del espeso total t del sistema de tres capas.
