Abstract
Se describe una turbina flotante (10), que puede desplazarse sobre una guía (20) sustancialmente orientada verticalmente, de modo que la turbina (10) puede moverse hacia abajo a lo largo de la guía (20) bajo la fuerza gravitacional.
