Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para influir en la región de descarga de una placa de soporte de tubos de un cambiador de calor de haz de tubos, en particular para la industria de alimentos y bebidas, y en este caso en particular para productos alimenticios sensibles a la temperatura y/o viscosos en la industria de los lácteos, por ejemplo postres, salsas o concentrados, de acuerdo al preámbulo de la reivindicación 1. El objeto de la presente invención es el de desarrollar un dispositivo del tipo genérico de manera que se reduce considerablemente la tendencia a la formación de depósitos en la región de la placa de soporte de tubos a través de la cual se descargó un producto. Esto se logra al hacer que el canal con forma de espacio anular del lado de salida (600d) tiene al menos en general en su región entre el mayor diámetro externo (dmax) del cuerpo de desviación del lado de salida (12) y la segunda abertura de empalme (600a) una sección transversal de paso del canal (As) que tiene una sección transversal de paso constante sobre toda la longitud de la región definida y que en esta región corresponde a una sección transversal de paso total (NAi) de todos los tubos interiores (300) de número (N) que en cada caso tienen una sección transversal de paso individual (Ai) a través de los que fluye en paralelo el producto (figura 2).
