Abstract
Un método para controlar un sistema de perforación que comprende un sistema de accionamiento, una columna de perforación y una broca de perforación. El sistema de accionamiento hace girar la columna de perforación durante un proceso de perforación para perforar un hoyo a través de una formación de tierra. El método implica establecer una velocidad de rotación deseada V0 para la columna de perforación; recibir mediciones de las propiedades del sistema de perforación y derivar a partir de las mismas el componente de la velocidad de rotación de la columna de perforación asociada con la energía de rotación ascendente; determinar una velocidad de rotación y para la columna de perforación mediante la optimización de una expresión que reconcilia dos objetivos en conflicto de: (i) mantener una velocidad de rotación estable centrada en V0, y (ii) minimizar la energía de rotación descendente, la expresión optimizada que expresa y en términos de V0 y Vasc; y controlar el sistema de accionamiento para hacer girar la columna de perforación a v.
