Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para determinar el estado de un revestimiento resistente al fuego de un recipiente (10) que contiene metal fundido en particular. En el proceso, datos de mantenimiento, datos de producción y espesores de pared al menos en ubicaciones con el más alto grado de desgaste se miden o detectan junto con parámetros de proceso adicionales de un recipiente (10) después de que el recipiente (10) se ha usado. Esos datos después se recaban y se almacenan en una estructura de datos. Un modelo de cálculo se genera a partir de al menos algunos de los datos o parámetros medidos o detectados, y esos datos o parámetros se evalúan por medio del modelo de cálculo usando cálculos y análisis posteriores. Por lo tanto, procesos de determinación relacionados o integrales y análisis posteriores se pueden realizar, sobre la base de los cuales se consigan optimizaciones relativas tanto al revestimiento del recipiente, así como al proceso completo del metal fundido en el recipiente.
