Abstract
La presente invención proporciona composiciones de ADN que se relacionan con plantas transgénicas de maíz resistentes a los insectos. Se proporciona, además, ensayos para detectar la presencia del evento DP-004114-3 del maíz en base a la secuencia de ADN del constructo recombinante insertado en el genoma del maíz y las secuencias de ADN que flanquean el sitio de inserción. Se proporciona kits y condiciones útiles para llevar a cabo los ensayos.
