Abstract
Se proporcionan un sistema y método para administrar el consumo de energía eléctrica por circuitos eléctricos individuales en un edificio. El sistema incluye un dispositivo de control de energía en comunicación eléctrica con una alimentación de energía de varios circuitos y una salida de energía de varios circuitos, cada uno de los cuales incluye al menos dos conductores eléctricos en circuitos separados. El dispositivo de control de energía incluye respectivos interruptores eléctricos asociados con los conductores de la alimentación de energía y salida de energía, un módulo de comunicaciones electrónicas, y un procesador de computadora en comunicación con los interruptores y el módulo de comunicaciones.
