Abstract

Se describe un producto de bebidas que incluye agua, un color derivado de fuentes naturales o su equivalente sintético, y un inhibidor de desvanecimiento de color que incluyen un compuesto seleccionado del grupo que consiste de isoquercitina (EMIQ) enzimáticamente modificada, rutina y miricitrina, y opcionalmente ácido fumárico.
