Abstract

Métodos y estuches para detectar y/o cuantificar rápidamente bacterias del ácido láctico usando la PCR de tiempo real que incluye un primer iniciador, un segundo iniciador y una sonda. Cada uno de los iniciadores y la sonda son complementarios de regiones por separado del gene de rARN de 16S de las bacterias del ácido láctico. Los métodos y estuches se pueden usar para la detección y/o cuantificación de bacterias del ácido láctico en alimentos tales como yogur, para respaldar el etiquetado del producto, y en salsa.
