Abstract
Se proporciona una aleación de superficie endurecida que tiene una buena resistencia al impacto, una buena resistencia al desgaste y una buena resistencia a la corrosión a alta temperatura y contiene Fe, que puede ser suministrada abundantemente y es menos costosa. Una aleación a base de Ni-Fe-Cr caracterizada por contener 0-20.0% en masa de Mo, y 8.0- 40.0% en masa de W, un total de 20.0-40.0% en masa de Mo y W, 20.0-50.0% en masa de Fe, 12.0-36.0% en masa de Cr y 1.0-2.5% en masa de B, con el equilibrio que comprende Ni e impurezas inevitables, y una válvula de motor soldada con la misma. La aleación a base de Ni-Fe-Cr puede contener, además, no más de 15% en masa de una cantidad total de elementos seleccionados de Co, Mn, Cu, Si y C, donde se prefiere que el contenido de Co no sea mayor de 15.0% en masa, los contenidos de Mn y Cu son cada uno no mayores de 5.0% en masa, el contenido de Si no es mayor de 2.0% en masa y el contenido de C no es mayor de 0.5% en masa.
