Abstract
Se desvela un amortiguador hidráulico (2), en particular, un amortiguador de una suspensión de vehículo de motor. El amortiguador hidráulico (2) comprende un tubo lleno de líquido de trabajo, en cuyo interior está dispuesto un conjunto de pistón deslizable (4) fijado a un vástago de pistón (6) conducido fuera del amortiguador (2) a través de una guía del vástago de pistón sellado (7), formando dicho conjunto de pistón al menos un conjunto de válvula del amortiguador, en que cada conjunto de válvula (4, 04) del amortiguador separa el amortiguador en una cámara de compresión principal (10) y en una cámara de rebote principal (9, 09) y está provisto de conjuntos de válvula de rebote (41, 041) y de compresión (42, 042) para controlar el flujo de líquido de trabajo que se hace pasar a través del mismo durante las carreras de rebote y de compresión del amortiguador (2). El amortiguador (2) comprende además al menos una cámara en la que un conjunto de partición deslizable (54) separa esta cámara en una cámara de compresión adicional (101) conectada hidráulicamente con una cámara de compresión principal (10) y en una cámara de rebote adicional (91) conectada hidráulicamente con una cámara de rebote principal (9, 09), cuyo conjunto de partición deslizable (54) comprende un pistón (541) que crea un ajuste deslizante con la superficie interior de la cámara y al menos un muelle (543) que soporta el pistón (541). Para ser capaz de predefinir las fuerzas de activación del conjunto de partición deslizable (54) y, por otra parte, para ser capaz de predefinirlas de forma independiente para un lado de rebote y de compresión, con el fin de ajustar la fuerza frente a la velocidad del pistón, así como la fuerza frente a las características de desplazamiento de pistón de un amortiguador de forma independiente para sus carreras de compresión y de rebote dicho conjunto de partición deslizable (54) comprende adicionalmente al menos un pistón interno (542) dispuesto de forma deslizable dentro del pistón externo (541) y soportado por un muelle interno (544) dispuesto entre dicho pistón interno (542) y dicho pistón externo (541).
