Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un proceso para preparar un aditivo en polvo conveniente para mejorar la adherencia de las composiciones de material de construcción a los sustratos que tienen una energía superficial de 50 mJ/m2 o más baja, medida de acuerdo con el DIN 5660-2:2011-12, el aditivo comprende un polisacárido y un plastificante, donde el plastificante es líquido a 50°C o menos, tiene un punto de ebullición de 100°C o más alto y se selecciona de un grupo específico, que comprende las etapas de a) mezclar el plastificante a un medio acuoso del polisacárido seguido por la sequedad posterior del mezclado, o b) preparar una primera partícula que comprende el plastificante mediante (i) la absorción del plastificante en un portador, o mediante la emulsión del plastificante con un polímero soluble en agua sintético en agua y posteriormente secando la emulsión, y (ii) mezclar esta primera partícula con una segunda partícula que comprende el polisacárido donde el tamaño promedio de partícula de la más gruesa de la primera y de la segunda partícula no es más de 10 veces el tamaño de la partícula más fina, o aglomerando la primera y la segunda partícula en una partícula. La invención adicionalmente proporciona el aditivo obtenible por este proceso, el uso del aditivo y las composiciones del material de construcción que contienen el aditivo así como un proceso para adherir tales composiciones a los sustratos que tienen una energía superficial de 50 mJ/m2 o más baja.
