Abstract
La invención se refiere a un auto-inyector (1) para administrar una dosis de un medicamento líquido (M), que comprende: - un chasis tubular (2), - un subconjunto de portador que comprende un portador tubular (7) dispuesto de manera deslizante parcialmente dentro del chasis (2), el portador (7) está adaptado para contener una jeringa (3) con una aguja de inyección hueca (4), un resorte de impulso (8) y un émbolo (9) para reenviar la carga del resorte de impulso (8) a un tapón (6) de la jeringa (3), en el que la jeringa (3) se puede trabar para la traslación axial conjunta con el portador (7), - un resorte de control (19) dispuesto alrededor del portador (7), - un mecanismo (24) de control de inserción de aguja para acoplar un extremo proximal del resorte de control (19) ya sea al portador (7) para hacerle avanzar para la inserción de la aguja o al chasis (2) para la retracción de la aguja dependiendo de la posición axial relativa del portador (7) y el chasis (2), en el que mecanismo (24) de control de inserción de aguja comprende un primer collarín (20) predispuesto por el resorte de control en sentido proximal (P), en el que por lo menos una barra elástica (20.1) se dispone en sentido proximal en el primer collarín (20), en el que unos rebajes respectivos se disponen en el portador (7) y en la carcasa (2), en el que una extensión transversal de un cabezal de la barra elástica (20.1) es más ancha que un hueco entre el portador (7) y el chasis (2) haciendo que el cabezal de la barra elástica (20.1) haga tope en una cara distal en el rebaje del chasis (2) mientras que se le impide desviarse hacia dentro (1) mediante el portador (7) o hacer tope en una cara distal en el rebaje del portador (7) mientras se le impide desviarse en sentido hacia fuera (O) mediante el chasis (2), reenviando con ello la carga del resorte de control (19) al portador (7) para la inserción de la aguja, en el que la barra elástica (20.1) se dispone para ser cambiada entre el chasis (2) y el portador (7) mediante el acoplamiento en rampa del cabezal con las caras distales bajo la carga del resorte de control (19) dependiendo de la posición longitudinal relativa entre el chasis (2) y el portador (7).
