Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de 2,2-difluoroetilamina, que comprende la reacción de 2,2-difluoro-1-cloroetano con una imida de fórmula (II) (Ver Formula) en presencia de un secuestrante de ácido, para dar un compuesto de la fórmula (III) (Ver Formula) en el que, en los compuestos con las fórmulas (II) y (III), cada R1 y R2 son, independientemente entre sí, hidrógeno o alquilo C1-C6 o R1 y R2 forman, junto con los átomos de carbono a los que están unidos, un anillo aromático de seis miembros que está opcionalmente sustituido; y la escisión de 2,2-difluoroetilamina mediante la reacción del compuesto de la fórmula (III) con ácido, base o hidrazina.
