Abstract

La invención proporciona un envase de vida útil prolongada que comprende un material para la ingestión de mamíferos que se degrada por oxidación, que comprende un secuestrante de oxígeno que comprende un secuestrante de oxígeno de metal de transición, un recipiente sustancialmente impermeable al oxígeno, en el que el recipiente tiene un filtro suspendido en el recipiente, el filtro contiene el material para la ingestión de mamíferos, el recipiente también tiene un soporte para el filtro debajo del filtro, y en el que el soporte contiene el secuestrante de oxígeno.
