Abstract

La invención da a conocer un vial de congelación de células de múltiples capas y un método de obtención del mismo. El método de obtención es un procedimiento de congelación y descongelación de células que evita la necesidad de incorporar nuevo medio recién preparado a las células descongeladas para la dilución del agente crioprotector. Esto se logra mediante la congelación previa de una capa extra de medio de cultivo además de la disolución de células congeladas que contiene dicho agente crioprotector. En el momento de la descongelación, el medio de cultivo y la disolución de células se mezclan entre sí, cambiando la concentración de dicho agente crioprotector a una dilución no tóxica y logrando una exclusión eficaz de dicho agente crioprotector de las células vivas.
