Abstract
La presente invención describe polinucleótidos y polipéptidos aislados y constructos de ADN recombinante útiles para conferir tolerancia a la sequía, composiciones (tales como plantas o semillas) que comprenden estos constructos de ADN recombinante y métodos que usan estos constructos de ADN recombinante. El constructo de ADN comprende un polinucleótido unido operativamente a un promotor funcional en una planta, en donde ese polinucleótido codifica un polipéptido DTP6.
