Abstract
Se propone una lámina de acero galvanizada resistente que tenga una TS = 440 MPa, un valor r promedio = 1.2 y una ? = 80% y que tenga excelente estirabilidad profunda y susceptibilidad a rebordeado por extendido y un método para fabricar la lámina de acero galvanizada de alta resistencia. La lámina de acero galvanizada de alta resistencia contiene C: 0.010% o más y 0.06% o menos, Si: más de 0.5% y 1.5% o menos, Mn: 1.0% o más y 3.0% o menos, P: 0.005% o más y 0.1% o menos, S: 0.01% o menos, sol.Al: 0.005% o más y 0.5% o menos, N: 0.01% o menos, Nb: 0.010% o más y 0.090% o menos y Ti: 0.015% o más y 0.15% o menos, en una basé en por ciento en masa. Los contenidos de Nb y C del acero satisfacen la relación de (Nb/93) / (C/12) < 0.20. C* satisface 0.005% = C* = 0.025. La ferrita constituye 70% por relación en área o más de la lámina de acero. La martensita constituye 3% por relación de área o más de la lámina de acero. C* = C - (12/93)Nb - (12/48) {Ti - (48/14)N}, en donde C, Nb, Ti y N indican los contenidos de C, Nb, Ti y N del acero.
