Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un polipéptido que comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos expuesta en SEC ID NO: 2 una secuencia de aminoácidos codificada por la secuencia de nucleótidos de la SEC ID NO: 1, o un polipéptido variante o polinucleótido variante del mismo, en donde el polipéptido variante tiene al menos 96 % de identidad de secuencia con la secuencia expuesta en la SEC ID NO: 2 o el polinucleótido variante codifica a un polipéptido que tiene al menos 96% de identidad de secuencia con la secuencia expuesta en la SEC ID NO: 2. La invención presenta la secuencia codificadora de extensión total del nuevo gen así como también la secuencia de aminoácidos del polipéptido funcional de extensión total y equivalentes funcionales del gen o de la secuencia de aminoácidos. La invención también se relaciona con métodos para usar el polipéptido en procesos industriales. También se incluyen en la invención células transformadas con un polinucleótido de conformidad con la invención adecuadas para producir estas proteínas.
