Abstract
El objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar un equipo de fabricación para tubo de acero que sea excelente en la eficiencia de fabricación del tubo de acero y que pueda facilitar el manejo apropiado del rastreo del tubo de acero. El equipo de fabricación 100 para tubo o tubería de acero P de acuerdo con la presente invención consta de: una línea para fabricación de tubo 10; una línea de tratamiento térmico 20 conectada de forma directa en la línea para la fabricación de tubos 10; y una línea de acabados 30 conectada de manera directa a la línea de tratamiento térmico. En la línea de acabados 30, se realiza un proceso de enderezado para enderezar piezas dobladas a un tubo o tubería de acero, un proceso de prueba ultrasónica para realizar una prueba ultrasónica al tubo o tubería de acero, un proceso de inspección superficial para inspeccionar una superficie del tubo o tubería de acero, un proceso de prueba hidrostática un proceso para medir peso/longitud para medir el peso y la longitud del tubo o tubería de acero, y un proceso de marcado para colocar una marca en el tubo o tubería de acero mediante el uso de estampado. Np se saca el tubo o tubería de acero de las líneas de fabricación de tubos hasta su salida en la línea de acabados.
