Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir un líquido acuoso aromatizado con compuestos de aroma provenientes de café, donde un gas que comprende aroma a partir de café tostado y molido y agua se condensa para proveer una fase líquida acuosa y una fase gaseosa; y la fase gaseosa es sometida a presurización en la presencia de un líquido acuoso. El líquido es útil por ejemplo en la producción de productos de café soluble.
