Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar un polvo secado por aspersión; el proceso comprende: (i) surfactante detergente; y (ii) otros ingredientes detergentes; en donde el proceso comprende las etapas de: (a) formar una lechada acuosa de detergente en una mezcladora; (b) transferir la lechada acuosa de detergente de la mezcladora a un tubo principal a través de al menos una bomba a una tobera atomizadora; (c) poner en contacto un ingrediente detergente con la lechada acuosa de detergente en el tubo después de la mezcladora y antes de la tobera atomizadora para formar una mezcla; (d) atomizar la mezcla a través de la tobera atomizadora en una torre de secado por aspersión; y (e) secar por aspersión la mezcla para formar un polvo secado por aspersión, en donde en la etapa (c) la lechada acuosa de detergente y la mezcla resultante se encuentran en flujo laminar, y en donde en la etapa (c) la relación de (i) la velocidad de flujo de la lechada acuosa de detergente en kgmin-1 a (ii) la velocidad de flujo del ingrediente detergente en kgmin-1 se encuentra en el intervalo de 1 a 70.
