Abstract
La invención se refiere a la mejora de un sistema quirúrgico para la unión del tejido corporal, que comprende un instrumento quirúrgico que tiene un dispositivo de unión para la unión del tejido corporal, el dispositivo de unión comprende dos elementos de herramienta que pueden ser desplazados entre sí, en donde el instrumento comprende un dispositivo de corte que tiene un elemento de corte para el corte del tejido, y el elemento de corte es situado en forma desplazada con relación al menos a uno de los elementos de herramienta, de manera que el dispositivo de corte es implementado en la forma de un dispositivo de corte RF, en donde el elemento de corte comprende un borde de corte que define un plano de corte en un ángulo con relación a un eje longitudinal definido por el instrumento en la región del dispositivo de unión.
