Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un concentrado alimenticio salado envasado en la forma de un gel, para preparar un consomé, una sopa, una salsa, un jugo de carne o un sazonador que comprende: - un sistema gelificante, - una fase líquida que comprende un poliol líquido, - de 3% en peso hasta 30% en peso de sal, con base en el peso del concentrado alimenticio total, en donde el poliol líquido está presente en una cantidad desde 0.1% en peso hasta 80% en peso, con base en el peso total del concentrado alimenticio.
