Abstract
Un procedimiento para fabricar una espuma de poliuretano con distribución de tamaño de célula bimodal que comprende las etapas de: - proporcionar una mezcla en un cabezal mezclador, comprendiendo la mezcla: A) un componente reactivo frente a isocianatos; B) un componente de tensioactivo; C) un componente de agente expansor seleccionado del grupo que comprende alcanos C1 a C6 lineales, ramificados o cíclicos, fluoroalcanos C1 a C6 lineales, ramificados o cíclicos, N2, O2, argón y/o CO2, encontrándose el componente de agente expansor C) en estado supercrítico o próximo a crítico; D) un componente de poliisocianato; descargar la mezcla que comprende los componentes A), B), C) y D) del cabezal mezclador, reduciéndose en la descarga de la mezcla la presión imperante en la mezcla hasta presión atmosférica.
